My Theatre Canada 150 Story
As an actor, I faced the challenges of being shy and having horrible stage fright when I first began acting. Acting and theatre helped me overcome those fears which helped develop who I am today. Experiences I got to have is making friendships for life and impacting an audience with my performances. Getting feedback on how I have made people cry or extremely happy during my performances. I got the experience to travel Canada with my acting group Caviar Players and play in different towns. I got to perform my first and so far only musical which helped me develop as an actor. Theatre gave me a chance to try directing a play and being a Stage Manager more than once. Those achievements, the challenges I faced, and my love for theatre is what motivates me to keep on acting. Not to bring entertainment but to inspire others around me with each performance. I truly believe that my story can impact the future of all Albertans to do what they love and that nothing is impossible.
