Giving your time and talent improves health, longevity and happiness
Music has been a part of my story for many years. It is something everyone can contribute to in many forms, just how Albertans contribute to building communities. Music isn’t a defined category; it’s a language we use to communicate with others in different settings and now I want to share my story with it. We’re so blessed to have a multicultural and supportive community throughout our great province. Supporting one another by volunteering either through music or other ways show the Albertan spirit of generosity and why we are so great. Canadians are known for the passion of hockey and it makes up a huge part of Canadian history. Music has influenced how we know hockey today, such as the “Hockey Night in Canada” main theme and contributes to why I’m a die-hard hockey fan of my hometown Edmonton Oilers. We live in a beautiful province filled with diversity. Music is a tremendous part of the Canadian and Albertan story and I’m proud to be part of this story as a Canadian and Albertan!
