Mini Kitchen - Authentic Indian Cuisine in Edmonton
As far as I can remember, I have always loved cooking. Like most millennials, upon graduating university, I was lost, confused and unsure about the future. Mini Kitchen started in 2012, as a hobby and was never considered a viable business option. Our food was an instant hit at the local markets. Our customers could also taste the love and quality behind the products. With the help of my family and friends, it took us about a year to build a strong customer following. Our delicious meals are handmade with local and organic ingredients. Our flour, produce and meats are Alberta grown. We know the people who raise the birds for meat, farmers who grow our vegetables, and the farmers that grow our wheat and mill it. Biting into our meals is like tasting the bounty of the prairies. We are also proud employers of an all immigrant women kitchen staff. We provide employment to a segment of society that is otherwise quite vulnerable and unable to find employment due to language barrier.
