An international award-winning chocolatier's Alberta journey
I think I’ve always loved good chocolate. Who doesn’t? I trained and apprenticed as a chef in my home country of Australia. When I met my wife and immigrated to Canada and Alberta, I was able to build on my culinary training and turn my passion for chocolate into a successful small business. Over the years I’ve trained with the best chocolatiers across the globe and honed my talent for making fine chocolate. It’s exciting to share my creations with appreciative customers across Alberta and around the world. This community has also given me a springboard to have that talent recognized on the world stage. I’ve been extremely fortunate to have been recognized as one of the top 10 chocolatiers in North America, one of the best artisanal chocolatiers in the world by American Express and I’ve won dozens of international chocolate awards in London, England thanks to the support and encouragement I’ve had here at home.
